DESCRIBE YOUR STYLE
I am an Ordained Wedding Officiant. I specialize in Christian, Non-Denominational and Non-Religious ceremonies. It is very important to me that you have a ceremony that focuses on your dreams, where you and your guests will enjoy the whole wedding ceremony experience. A ceremony can be as formal or casual, serious or light-hearted as you like. What is important is that it reflects your relationship. I love to meet with new couples, learn about their lives and traditions, and offer my experience and guidance as well.
TELL US 3 THINGS ABOUT YOU
1. Along with Officiant Services, I am also a Wedding Coordinator. I offer Full Service Coordination and Day of Coordination. Interestingly, I have been the Day of Coordinator and the Officiant for the same wedding! Thankfully I have an amazing assistant with my Day of Coordination service who can handle the ceremony processional and recessional seamlessly so it runs smoothly and on time.
2. One of my favorite ceremonies is when the bride asked me to secretly make some changes to her "repeat after me" vows. She promised to always root for her grooms favorite sports team and if they lost, she promised to be there for him with a beer in hand. It definitely put a huge smile on her grooms face when he heard that and we had lots of laughter from all their guests. So sweet and personal. I love it when my couple adds these special touches and I am happy to add any special vow, verse, poem, etc...that would make your ceremony as beautiful and special as you two are.
3. Many of my clients ask how do I do it. Officiate that is. That it seems like it would be hard to be in front of so many people. Well I have no fear of public speaking. I absolutely enjoy it and in fact, I am a karaoke fanatic and love being on stage. But seriously, Officiating Weddings is my passion. My favorite part of all, is watching the groom's face as the bride is walking down the aisle. And vice versa. It's Priceless. He is so nervous, but full of excitement and joy. Some cry and that gets me needing a tissue or two. And her face is either smiling, crying or laughing due to the nerves. Its the most purest moment of emotions there is and its beautiful and I am just so honored to be apart of that.
